Mazzei - Venturi Ozone Injector 978 Red, 1in MPT x 1/2in Ozone Hose

Mazzei Red Ozone Venturi #978 for high flow ozone systems. Ozone systems for spas and hot tubs use a Mazzei type of venturi ozone manifold to draw the ozone gas into the water line with suction. The narrow tube uses internal restriction to speed up the water and create a venturi ozone suction from the center mounted air hose connection, or injection fitting, pulling the ozone gas into the tee manifold. Mazzei venturi injectors are also used in aquariums, agriculture and industrial applications to add gas and liquid additives to water. Inside of the ozone hose connection cap is a ball and spring check valve, to keep water from entering the ozone hose.

Genuine Mazzei 978 venturi injector has two 1"" threaded male water connections and a center hose barb RB connection, fits 1/2"" ozone tubing, and is best for high flow applications. PVDF material withstands high pressure and is resistant to chlorine and ozone and acids. Red color, we also have other colors of ozone injectors with threaded ends and 1/2"" hose barb connections.
