Hi
I recently purchased a secondhand hot springs sovereign spa on the cheap. I have been told its a 1993 model but the serial # is 10723 which is apparently not what it should be. I got it cheap as it needs a pump and the cabinet needs repairs. I'm also chasing a manual for this spa as i have no idea how spa's works as this is my first spa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Most manufactures will have downloadable owners manuals on their website. Yes this does not look like a 1993 serial number, there should be six numbers with the first designating what quarter and the second number would designate what year the spa was manufactured. If you would like assistance in replacing your pump and siding please e-mail me directly to mary@hottubworks.com. Since we are not exactly sure when the spa was manufactured I may need you to send some digital pictures of the old spa pump if possible.
