Sundance Optima pump problem

We are getting the code FLO. Did check filter, flo switch. The problem seems to be in the pump. First speed will work but not the second speed. Sure could use some help. Thank you.

Does your spa have a small little circulation pump that runs 24 hours? I think it may, please make sure that pump is running because if not it will cause a FLO code. When on low speed does it still go into FLO? Is it flashing FLO or solid on display?
