Sundance Optima Motor problem

Having trouble with motor. It will run in first speed but not second. Just hums . Getting code FLO. Checked filter and flo switch. Help please and thank you.

If it is humming then power is being supplied to motor. Motor may need to be replaced. You would need to verify you are getting 220V to it from circuit board for second speed.
