I have a Jacuzzi J335 and I am noticing the material around the jets is starting to disintegrate. Is there a way to replace/repair this issue?
The flotsam looks a bit like plumbers putty in that it is a soft material and is of significant volume in the spa. Well I think it is, I keep the spa immaculate.
I have drained and cleaned the spa and filters and waiting on suggestions for next steps.
Thank you SPA aficionados!

It sounds like the gaskets around the jets are deteriorating. This will be a job to replace depending on the jet. Some jets you can unthread the wall fitting from inside the spa but I believe on jacuzzi (but depending on year of spa) the nut on back of jet would need to be removed in order to remove the jet to replace the gaskets.
