Leisure Bay Spa overtemps

My Leisure Bay Spa has recently started to go out on overtemp.If i shut off the power and let it cool off it runs fine for a while then goes out again.Also if i let it cool off by itself the pumps will restart.I need to know if i need to replace the temp sensors or the main circuit board.Also they no longer make leisure bay spas so i'll need to find after market parts.Any help would be apreciated.

Is there good water flow going through the heater? It very well could be the temp sensor or high limit causing but a low flow of water going through the heater can also cause it.
