Balboa CS7000 Circuit Board/Pump

I had an overload yesterday and it tripped the breaker. Reset and pump came back on and then I tried the High Speed Mode and it shut down again. Reset the breaker and tub came back on but did not test the pump or display any error signs. The control panel is lit and everything seems normal accept the pump will not run. I checked the main fuses and the power is going through. What should I check next?

When testing a fuse remove it from the fuse holder and test for continuity. If testing it while in fuse holder you may get a misreading. Is it that the breaker keeps tripping only when high speed comes on? Is the heater on when the pump goes in to high speed? Has anything been replaced recently?
