I have an older model Emerald Spa (2002-3). I have recently replaced the pressure switch and the pump. Everything has been working fine until the temps went down below freezing here.
My understanding is that there is a Freeze control on this thing. I started out at 103 and now I'm at 79.
I don't want it to bust the plumbing.
No error message on board. Heater light is on. Jets are working.
Will it be safe for the night. should get below freezing again tonight

As long as the water is circulating you should be fine. Most spas have a freeze protection built in so that the pump will keep circulating the water to prevent is from freezing. You said the heat light is on, you need to verify the circuit board is suppling the heater power while this heat light is on.

After turns out to have been a bad connection of the pressure switch. So thankful it wasn't worse.
Thank you for your help.
