Soveriegn (2004) stopped heating

It is plugged in, everything works fine except there is no water (hot or cold) coming form the heater return. I tried turning the spa off for 30 minutes to reset but still not working. Any ideas?

That spa should have a small circulation pump in addition to the main pump or pumps. Please check to see if that is running because that is the pump that will push the water out through the return fitting.
