Have a Balboa top side control that has no display and will not turn anything on. There is power to the contol board. Don't know what to check next. New to this spa repair game. Thanks

So when you say you are not getting any power to control board are you saying there is no power at the spa at all? First check you GFCI to make sure it hasn't tripped. If you have no power to spa at control board there is a problem at GFCI or wiring along the way. I would have an electrician check why you have no power to control board. If you do have power at the TB1 connection at the board then check the 30 amp main system fuse.
