I recently replaced the spa motor on my 6 yr old spa. but lately , last few days there is quite a bit of White gooey floating stuff? It is not yellow like body grease that sticks to the spa sides? it looks almost like your skin when you get a sun burn and starts to peel. I think the water chemistry was way to acidic the other day and maybe the acididy is cleaning off the calcium scale that has buildt up on the pipes & tubing and is now coming off & floating in the water. It does not stick to the spa walls. any ideas what you think it could be from. as far as i know the spa is not leaking any water, so i dont think it is a gasket and i did not put any caulking in there when i reattached the hoses to the motor. thanks.
