calspa 2003, cs7000-pump#2 should come on at high speed,it comes on at low speed.

Pump #2 has always started at high speed, the control jet button does not change the rate of flow. Is the pump not getting the proper voltage?

Was the pump or motor replaced recently, or did this just start happening on its own? Not sure if getting proper voltage. That would need to be verified with a voltage meter while pump is running. It is possible and if that is the case the circuit board would be the problem if the incoming power to the spa is good.
