Hot tub started leaking in weird spot, please help

This hot tub came with the house, always worked fine no problems at all. Yesterday I went out there and it had done a pretty good flood job in the room its in.
I opened the door to the electrical and notice the three tubes coming down from where the controls are on top. One of them (far one) is leaking, I feel inside it and it feels like some kind of rubber releaf valve with a nipple in the middle of it (see pictures).

What is this pipe for and can anyone help me out on how to fix it? Thanks in advance its greatly appriciated!

I can't see really see where they lead to. Can you please email a picture of the top of the spa where these tubes lead to: mary@hottubworks.com. It may be part of the air controls but can't really tell yet.
