I have an Island model Saratoga Spa. I cleaned it, left it empty for a week and then refilled it. It won't heat and it won't filter. Electric menu is working and the light turns on, but the motor won't turn on and it isn't heating the water. I have tried using a plunger to see if there is air in the pipes, but no luck. Any suggestions? Is there a way to test the existing motor?
