I just bought the 1-EAS155-F215L1512 Air Equipment Pack. It ran just fine when first hooked up, but shrtly after the initial run the whole system shut down. Each morning I turn the breaker on and get the system to run for a few seconds then it shuts down. Is it possible that the system is bad?

When you say it shuts down is the breaker tripping or does the spa pump just quit operating and you are still getting power supplied to the spa?

The pump just shuts off and will not restart. No breaker is tripping and the power is still supplied to the spa.

How long did it intially run before shutting down? What is your incomming power and was it verified with a voltage meter?

It initially ran for a few seconds. Incoming is 120 and it is verified.
This morning I went out and put my hand on the control box and the spa came on. When I removed my hand it shut off. When I taped the top of the control panel lightly the spa would come on, longest run so far has been about 45sec.

It almost sounds like there is a loose connection somewhere. I would turn off power and make sure incomming power wires are tightly secured. Then check control panel connections and air lines. The fact that by tapping it and works makes me think there is a bad connection somewhere.

All the connections are tight. It is almost like the heater switch keeps tripping and shutting it down. How do I go about getting an RMA#? It is now August and my wife would really like to use her tub.
thanks

You would go in to customer care section and request a RMA from the link under warranty return.

So about a week ago I got a new control panel for my tub and it works perfectly....except that the tub wont heat up. The red light that is on the side is lit. That means the heater element is burnt. So now what can I do?
