Thread: Sundance Capri Spa... OH error

About once every 2 weeks I will open the spa and see the OH error and an indication the water temp is 108 but it is nowhere near that. I did replace the circulation pump figuring it may have stopped running and created an over heat condition in the heating element. This did not help the problem. Now looking for advice on the temperature sensor(s) that may have gone bad. The new circulation pump is the redesigned Laing E-10. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Gary

Usually you should get a FLO error code if the Sundance spas circulation pump quits working. You can take a resistance reading on a Sundance temperature sensor. If you let me know what the actual water temperature is I can tell you what resistance reading you should be getting. A lot of times if the display temperature does not match the actual water temperature it is your temperature sensor causing it.
