Well, in that this NEW Balboa spa pack came with no manual and none is available at either Hottubworks or Balboa Instruments, I'm rather distressed. I have Tub getting colder and colder in freezing weather in a snowstorm. The balboa instruments site says that the unit is in 'sleep mode', and to just change it back to normal...without a manual it's rather difficult. I myself never put it into sleep mode and didn't even know there was one. The actual temp is now in the 60's(F) and with both companies asleep for the weekend I can see it's going to be a race to see if I can get an answer before the tub has to be emptied to avoid a rupture. I've tried cutting power to enable a reboot to no avail. Suggestions?

The operation card should have been included. By pressing the "temp" or "set" button and then light that will allow you to change modes. I have asked you to email directly and I will email you back a copy of the card. We are very sorry for the inconvience.
