Sundance Royal 800 heaer will not come on.

I have replaced all heating parts to the hot tub, including the eprom chip and the dallas time chip. The element and the sensors also. I am still getting an Er 12, and Sn 1, and Sn 3 error codes on the panel. All other pumps work fine except the air blower. Any hints or suggestions, thanks Derek

The heater will not come on due to these error codes. As far as ER12, that was not a designated error code. When you get that reading replacing the Dallas time chip may correct, if it didn't, like in your case, then the circuit board would need to be replaced. Before that I would make sure the chip was installed properly. Since you are getting both sensor error codes I would also verify that those have been installed in the proper location on the wire harness.

Does the blower motor need to be working in order for the tub to function correctly, concerning the electricity. Will anything short out.

No it doesn't need to be working in order for the tub to function correctly. There is an 8 amp fuse for the blower so that would blow.
