My spa will not start on low speed for cleaning and temperature maintenance. I can get it to jump into high speed and it cycles to low speed and back to high speed when in use. When the after use low cycle clean is over it will not go into low speed clean of temp. maintenance. Any suggestion for what the problem might be or how to determine what the problem is?
