We had a problem with the Air Flow Message so bought a new pressure switch, we believe that problem is solved hopefully, but now after it's on awhile the hot tub will just shut off not sure Why, there is a 1-5 setting on the pressure switch What should it be set at any advise out there!

I don't advise adjusting a pressure switch in case you do actually have a flow issue. If it is adjusted improperly and you do have low flow it could cause your heater to burn up. I just posted prior to this that the pressure switches are adjusted from the factory. I asked if you had tried to remove your filter first to make sure it isn't a flow issue.

If it is tripping the breaker then it isn't the pressure switch causing that. One of the outbound components like your heater, pump, blower if you have one, or ozone is usually the cause of the breaker to trip. You have to do a process of elimination to determine which. I would first start with the heater, it is usually the main part to cause a breaker to trip. You need to disconnect both power leads to heater and then let you pump and everything else run. If it still trips then start by disconnect on item at a time and leave the pump last. If it doesn't trip with heater disconnected you have a bad element. Same with any of the other components.
