heater contactor

The contactor for the heater is making a "chattering" noise when the thermostat kicks the heater on. What causes this? Can it be fixed or do I need to replace it? How do I determine what part number I need?

You need a pro for this. I had mine chattering and they said it couldn't be fixed so I replaced it.
