My cal spa stopped working I have no jets or heater....Temperature display is on and the light works...When I touch the jet button I hear a clicking noise. I checked the transfomer have power on the black wire but no power on the two yellow wires... is it the transformer that is cause the problem...it is a Balboa 30274 transformer...
