No Heat and Motor shuts off on high

Hello. Can anyone help? I have a Jacuzzi Tub thats about 14 yrs old or so. The water does not heat up. I removed the controller and heater and inspected everything. I do not see anything bad. Also when i turn the jets on high the moter cuts off and clicks. I think the pressure switch on the heater tube (the one with the wheel on top) clicks on and off in conjunction with the pump motor. Do you think the switch could be causing both problems? Thanks for your help.

The pressure switch could be causing your heating problem. You can try jumping across the terminals on the switch and see if you can get the heater to come on. The pressure switch would not cause the pump to click on high speed. This may be an issue with the circuit board or the motor itself.
