I was hoping you could help with some troubleshooting advice. I recently set up a Southwest spa Tub that my brother gave me. I ordered a new heater from you and installed it. He thought it needed it. After getting it powered up all the jets and blowers seem to function. The Water temp rose from 61 degrees to about 77 degrees after 24 hours. It is a 6 person tub. It seemed to hang there for a long time with out moving. I read some post here and was inspecting other parts such as the pressure switch in the heater tube. Everything appears to be OK. My LED on the top panel is lit up for heater. The LED on the spa pack looks black and does not appear to work. How long will it take to bring up the temp? Is there any other things to check to see if I need to replace anything else. I can build or fix almost anything but am entirely new to Hot Tubs so I am starting from scratch. Any insight would be appreciated.

It would depend on the kW of the heater you installed to determine how quickly it will heat. Meaning a 6kW will take less time than a 1.5kW. When the spa reaches 77 degress, does the heat light on the top side shut off? If so, you may have a problem with your temperature sensor.
