We recently purchased a house that came with a Beachcomber 530 hot tub. The hot tub turns on, heats, and doesn't have any leaks from the basin. However, underneath the part below there is a large leak underneath the air control for the neck massager. It appears as if the seal has gone bad. I am unsure of whether this part unscrews or just pulls off. There isn't a screw to release the piece to get at what's underneath. I've thought about trying to make a permanent seal underneath this part without removing it but haven't come across a product that can resist the heat and pressure. Any suggestions on what I might do to repair this? Also, where might I find such parts?
thanks in advance. A photo of the part in question is included. The leak happens at the bottom of this piece and sprays out in all sections.

Usually when replacing the whole assembly there is a nut on the backside that would need to be removed from under the lip of the spa. This one may be the type that you can take the handle off and then unthread the cap on top to see if maybe it is a gasket leaking. But you said this is spraying from underneath valve, or do you mean from under the handle where you turn it on. If leaking from under the knob then it may just be a gasket or oring under the cap that is bad or may even have a crack in the cap.
