Tub out of control

I have a hot tub with balboa topside controls which will not turn off when the temperature gets to 104. It keeps on heating and ruinning till you shut it off.

Have replaced the circuit board and top side control panel but it still is out of control.

Help!

Is your heat indicator light staying on? If so it may be the temperature sensor causing this issue.
