Everything is wrong

I was given a free hot tub last year. Its small and runs on 110v. It worked great to start but bubbles never worked. Soon the control panel went crazy, then it started leakin because of cracked jets. I unplugged and drained it. I know nothing about this tub or whether it can be fixed or is even worthwhile to do so. Any ideas where to start?
