Well i use chlorine and brite and clear. I have a new ozone unit. My daughter has moved back in so we do have one more user.

My spa filter gets dirty every few days and i have to clean it. This seems excessive to me- i never had to clean them this much before.

Sounds like you have an issue with the power supply to the spa. You will need to back track a bit- go to the main breaker and test for proper voltage at the spas breaker. Also check any sub panels...

Since your pump is 240v --that 120v means very little. Most likely its the white wire thats got the 120v you see on your meter-the black and red are responsible for the Hi speed and Low speed...

Okay - i checked for Voltage at the side of the control box were the pump plugs in - i get 120v -across the white and black -but nothing on the red.
