I was surprised to find out that when I needed to search for a part for my spa, I couldn't put a model name or number in to help narrow my search of 10+ pages of jets! I just e-mailed customer service and I'm sure I'll get great help as always! Just a suggestion for those of us shopping and fixing our spas over the weekend! Thanks for a great company and service

Yes it is very difficult to locate the correct jets. We are trying to help by putting as many measurements as we can to help compare. It is very difficult to try and put the model and brand of a particular spa and say that this spa will take this particular jet because manufacturers have a tendency to change jets to a different style even on same model. Or they will use a couple of different jet manufacturers on the same spa.
