Some help please!!

Hi, I'm new to the forum and hoping someone can help me out.
I have recently acquired a Blue Pacific Spa, circa 1997, model 2903-03, and I have no manual for it. Now first, if anyone can tell me where I can get one that would be amazing, but the real question is: I somehow managed to lock the control panel so that I can't turn it on! I don't know how I did it, it was working and then the lock symbol was flashing and I pushed the right combo to get it to stop flashing--big mistake.
If anyone is familiar with this kind of system, maybe you could tell me the procedure to unlock the buttons?Attachment 31
I'm really hoping someone out there has seen this panel, as I can't find a single shred of information anywhere on the web! The company has gone out of business and the local stores don't have a clue!
