Len Gordon controller problem

Got a Len Gordon controller. The micro switch in the Gresslin timer keeps fusing together and causing the pump to not shut off. This controls the low speed which is 2.1 amps. Has anyone come across this? This is the 4th time.:mad:

I am not sure why this keeps happening. Maybe the motor on the pump should be tested for proper amp draw.
