I have read through several previous post, i have replaced the heater element. I have checked my high level and it has continuity with the wires removed. I'm unsure of the brand of tub, but the heater control box says hurricane products on it. I bought this tub used, he advised it was working when he removed it from his deck but had some leaks. I have since fixed nearly all leaks, still have 2 small ones. The tub runs on 110v 20 amp, i have checked my outlet and breaker. Im just at a loss for what else could be wrong. When i plug the heater/pump in the pump works at low speed with no heater. If i press the button again the heater light comes on and immediately trips the Gfi. I thought it may have been a flow issue so i removed the filter still no luck. Any ideas?

If you disconnect the heater and just run the pump does the breaker hold? I know you said you replaced the element but it could still be the heater. The high limit sensor would not cause the breaker to trip. More likely within the heater itself.
