We offer a few different options for a very nice cover (http://www.hottubworks.com/SpaCovers/rounded-square-spa-cover.php) ideal for winter weather. Our Ultra model is a 6" thick cover and gradually tapers to 4" on the edge. It is a 1.5lb foam core and comes with a continuous heat seal. The best cover we have to offer is our Works model, it is the same thickness as the Ultra but has a 2lb. foam core. It also comes with a continuous heat seal along with a double wrap core and heavy duty wind straps.
