Soveriegn (2004) stopped heating

It is plugged in, everything works fine except there is no water (hot or cold) coming form the heater return. I tried turning the spa off for 30 minutes to reset but still not working. Any ideas?

That spa should have a small circulation pump (http://www.hottubworks.com/part-6500-038-item-laing-spa-pump.php)in addition to the main pump or pumps. Please check to see if that is running because that is the pump that will push the water out through the return fitting.
