Hi everybody.
I have been having continuous problems with ph levels in my spa. I don't know how I can be able to maintain the ph levels. Once it got too low and the heater stopped, the filter looked clean and I couldn't find any fault, not that I would have had much success. In the end I had to call the repair service and they said low ph caused the calcium deposits in filter and it got clogged.

Now I am having corrosion in the spa due to high ph, that's what the repair guy said. Need help in this regard.
Thanks

If you are having an issue keeping your pH balanced there is a product called PH Balance (http://www.hottubworks.com/part-LTPHB-item-hottub-chemical-balancer.php)that will help keep your pH within its range. You should not use the product if you have hard water though, you should use a product called pH Balance Plus (http://www.hottubworks.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=LT45410) if you have hard water. There is another product call Defender (http://www.hottubworks.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=LTB)that is used to help prevent scale build up and help clear exsisting scale.
