was working fine than blowers dont blow motor comes on but now bubbles. now on of the t cut offs are leaking can anyone help

The valve that is leaking can be replaced by cutting out leaking part and gluing a new one in place. It may have some fittings butted up to it that would need to be replaced as well if you have no room to just cut the slice valve out by itself. I am not sure what is happening if the blower is not working or the blower and the pump motor. If the pump motor is running but not pushing water out of the jets you may have an airlock in the pump. By slightly loosing up the pump union nut it should allow the air to escape, then tighten back up and run pump. If the blower motor is coming on but no bubbles then maybe the check valve is stuck.
