I've replaced the heating element and the temperature pressure switch and can only get water up to 77 degrees. Before I swapped out my old temp pressure switch I screwed the top adjustment screw all of the way down and the temp went up to 99. Now after swapping it for a new one the water only heats to 77. Any thoughts?

Does the heat indicator light or symbol come on when you turn the thermostat up for a heat call? Have you tried removing the spa filter (http://www.hottubworks.com/HotTubSpaFilters/Filter_Search.php) to see if the heater (http://www.hottubworks.com/SpaParts/HeaterComplete.php) comes on? Usually pressure switches (http://www.hottubworks.com/SpaParts/HeaterPressureSwitches.php) are factory set and don't need adjusted. It could be a bad thermostat (http://www.hottubworks.com/SpaParts/HeaterThermostats.php), or relay (http://www.hottubworks.com/SpaParts/ElectricalRelays.php) on the circuit board (http://www.hottubworks.com/SpaParts/ElectricalCircuitBoards.php) causing this as well. That is why I need to know if the indicator comes on in a heat call.

I have basically the same problem and have no heat indicator light on. Removing the spa filter does not make a difference in this situation. Can you help?
