It appears my cover foam is cracked. Can I glue it back together? What process and glue should I use? Thank you.
I would not know what type of glue or adhesive you could use that would hold. I would recommend replacing the spa cover (http://www.hottubworks.com/SpaCovers/Features.php). You don't want to take the chance of it not fitting correctly or warped which could result in heat loss.

Hello...We purchased our hottub cover afew years back from your company. During a high hurricane winds that our area recieved blew off the cover and torn one side of the tubs straps ..the straps are ok but came unstitched from the cover and also under the cover it had occured 2 rips in it , How can we repair the straps and what type of material should we use to repair the torn under cover?
