From the reinforced double-stitched seems, the c-channel supports are made from high quality aluminum, and the double-reinforced fold hinge, the Prestige Spa Covers Hot Springs Vanguard 86.5" x 86.5" Hot Tub Covers are made to stand up to heavy use throughout the years.
The underside of each spa cover is chlorine and bromine resistant and has breathable material to support water dissipation. The marine-grade PVC resin zipper and two polystyrene steam stoppers keep the cold out and warm air in.
