Simply put, Standard Shipping is FREE to any address in the contiguous 48 states on all orders over $100! On all shipments, there is a nominal $4.95 HANDLING charge per shipment to help cover our costs of assembling and packaging your entire order. You are charged for handling only ONCE PER ORDER no matter how many items you buy. We suppose we could bury the handling charge in our product pricing but we'd rather give you the option of burying more items in your order to reduce the handling cost per item. Pretty crafty huh? OK, maybe not. There are no outrageous mark-ups hidden within shipping charges.
In the event that you provide us with the wrong shipping address and your package has already shipped, there will be a rerouting fee. Incorrect shipping address re-rerouting fee for hot tub covers is $125.00, and $25.00 for non-cover orders.
We offer expedited shipping options as a service to our customers with the exception of Spa Cover orders. Expedited shipping charges will be added to the order. Cutoff time for expediting an order is 2:00 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday.
About Spa Cover Shipping
Spa covers normally take about 3 - 6 weeks from the time of order to actual delivery (time varies by location). That's about a week and a half in production and seven days in transit. Spa Covers are shipped by LTL (Less Than Truckload), a tractor trailer, and require someone to accept and sign for the delivery. Please call us to order at 1.800.770.0292.
Currently we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska.
Our Featured Products this month is our line of spa and hot tub cleaners. Deep clean your spa this fall from top to bottom and inside-out, with our spa cover cleaners and conditioners, spa surface cleaners, spa filter cleaners and Jet Clean, to remove deposits inside of pipes and fittings. Don’t just drain and refill your spa or hot tub, deep clean it with specific cleaners from Hot Tub Works.
Deep cleaning your spa or hot tub every time you drain and refill the tub will keep your spa looking like new and lasting longer, with fewer problems. Every 3 or 4 months, drain the spa completely, and while you are at it – clean and condition the surfaces for beauty and protection.
SPA FILTER CLEANERS: Spa filters are made from woven poly fibers that trap dirt, oils and scale deep below the surface. Molecular adhesion is high among particulate matter, and water pressure alone often fails to dislodge dirt, oil and scale deposits. Spa filter cleaners are a combination of acids and degreasers, to loosen surface friction, so deposits lift easily, without high pressure washing, which can separate fibers and reduce filter performance. We have spa filter cleaners in an easy to use spray bottle, or for a deeper cleaning, soak for several hours in a solution of filter cleaner and water. Always rinse, soak in clean water, then rinse again after using a filter cleaner.
SPA COVER CLEANERS: Your hot tub cover takes a lot of abuse from UV rays, rain, snow, tree sap and bird droppings. Marine grade vinyl can stain if dirt and droppings are allowed to linger on a spa cover. Spa cover cleaners are gentle on vinyl, while absorbing dirt and oils, allowing you to quickly wipe or hose clean. After cleaning a hot tub cover, condition the vinyl with a protective vinyl coating to lock out moisture, stains and dirt, and protect against UV degradation. Cleaning and conditioning your spa cover just 2 or 3 times per year can add years of additional lifespan for hot tub covers.
SPA SURFACE CLEANERS: Waterline scum, rust marks, calcium scale or other mineral deposits can make a shiny spa surface look dull and uninviting. When draining and refilling your tub, polish your spa shell to remove films and crystalline deposits, waterline marks or other scuffs and marks. Spa Cleaners are safe for all spa surfaces, and leaves no residue to affect your water balance. When cleaning the inside of your spa, it is important not to use household chemicals or cleaners that could introduce phosphates or surfactants that could create water problems from residue left behind.
SPA PIPE CLEANERS: Jet Clean is a product that strips the inside of your pipes, jets, manifolds and other out of the way locations, where scale, bacteria and biofilm hide and grow. For spas that are not constantly circulated, biofilm colonies can form that can consume sanitizer and create unhealthy spa water. Purge the pipes with Jet Clean to remove oils, scale, dirt and biofilm slime in those areas that you can’t see; inside of the plumbing, behind the jets, and under the seat bubbler.
