This is a great review about that staff and I think if you have a spa you really need to get that kind of cover.

Well…… We got the cover, and the delivery people couldn’t be better, the cover is exactly…….err….let me say, better than I expected…..and yuor customer service folks are second to none. Thanks for the good communication and the promptness. My wife swares that it took forever, but I saw her happily raise one side and slip in last night to a nice hot tub after the days work……the cover had been on the tub for one day. Need I say more…..leaf and debris problem solved, and the hot tub finally stays hot….we had to turn down the heater……YEAH! Thanks for being our company of choice now and most definitely in the future. And to boot….reasonable pricing. Even makes it better. And then I get to rave about the free shipping. Really nice.

To all (especially Drake)—-WOW!!!! I am so impressed with my new cover. Not only is it beautiful and sturdy but it FITS !!! I have a hot tub with “ears”, speakers that stand up on each corner. Drake took his time and made sure that all dimensions were perfect. It took us a little time to finally get it right but holy cow it fit just like a new one should from the factory. I was worried that it might not but I was dead wrong –perfect—perfect. And to add to all this your delivery date was right on the money!! You guys are great and others should trust your business. This is not a question actually. I just got off of the phone with Alea. I had so many questions about spa care and maintenance. Alea was patient, professional and it turns out we both went to the same high school in Irvine California, small world!
I thought Alea should be complimented by management. She was great and I ended up purchasing nearly $400 worth of chemicals.
