As a girl from the Mid-West I really enjoy the beach. The beach is so calming and can really help you to relax and take it easy. There’s nothing like the feel of sand between your toes, the smell of the sea, and the sounds of the crashing or lapping waves. It puts my soul at ease. Since I actually live by the ocean though, it’s rare that I see it. I’ve lived in California for almost a year now and can count on one hand how many visits I’ve been able to make to the beach. (Tear) I know, so sad… But maybe I’ll get some nice relaxing beach time in this weekend…
Living the Home Spa Life

Carla, you need to buy a beach cruiser!! Especially now that the summer crowds have thinned…..
You live in the MECCA of the BEST BEACHES on the WEST COAST girl!!! You gotta take Julie’s advice and strap a beach cruizer onto that nice ol’ Benz and drive down to the boardwalk and just ride…just ride! its awesome!!! The beach has that same effect on my soul as well.
Riding a bike by the beach sounds awesome… However it’s been about 15 years or so since I’ve ridden one!
Carla, Where were you last Saturday? I had a Beach Bonfire B-day Party for my daughter Taylor (15yr) and we were there from 6:30am until 10:pm. Just me and like 15 teenagers. I will go to the beach with you anytime! Love Ya!
