TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT
You may request tracking for your shipment after receiving your tracking number via email or after waiting a specified time after you place your order (see below). For orders that contain filters, chemicals, cover lifts or spa accessories, enter your tracking number in the blank space below and click the "Track" button. (The tracking number is located in the email we sent when when we shipped your order.)

For all NON-cover orders
If you did not get your tracking number via email and it has been at least 4 business days since you placed your order, please fill out the following form. It will help us if you have your ORDER number (six-digits starting with HTW).
