We have designed our custom order form to capture all the information we need to get your order right the first time. Your HotTubWorks Better Spa Cover order will be confirmed via e-mail immediately and reviewed by our experienced staff the next business day. If we have any further questions about your cover, we will call or e-mail you promptly within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Despite the custom nature of the work, HotTubWorks Premium Spa Covers are usually hand-crafted within two weeks of receiving your order, often sooner. We will send you an estimated shipping date within 10 days of receiving your final order.
We monitor the progress of your order throughout the manufacturing process and we will contact you should any questions arise during construction. You will receive a third e-mail confirmation from the freight carrier when the cover actually ships. This e-mail will contain ship date a tracking number and a direct number to the freight carrier.
About one week after your cover is shipped, you will be contacted via phone directly by the freight carrier to make an appointment for receiving your HotTubWorks spa cover at your home. Incidentally, unlike some other covers, HotTubWorks spa covers are specially boxed in two-piece, heavy-duty, strapped cardboard boxes to help protect them during shipment. Still, it is inevitable that freight damage occurs in about 2% of shipments. In these rare cases, you can be secure in the knowledge that your new cover is 100% insured against freight damage.
Our commitment to you doesn't end when your cover leaves the warehouse. After you receive your cover, we will send you a follow-up e-mail to ask you about your delivery experience and make sure there are no unresolved issues. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your new cover, we will work closely with you, the manufacturing plant and the shipper to insure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
