Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may send back almost any product that is not to your satisfaction. The following conditions apply:
- The product must be new, complete and in sellable condition and you must send it back within 30 business days of receiving it. If the product is used, you may send it back ONLY if it is defective and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Examples of products covered by manufacturer's warranty are spa filters (one year), spa cover lifts (one year) and spa covers (three years). Normal wear and tear is not covered by any warranty. - You must have a return authorization number written on the outside of the box. Returns submitted without an authorization number will be refused. You can obtain a return authorization number by calling us at 1.800.770.0292 (Monday - Friday, 7AM-7PM Central Time).
- If it's our fault, return shipping is on us . If it's yours, return shipping is on you. Specifically, it you received a product in error (it was not the product described on your order) or you ordered a product over the phone based on our recommendation and it did not work as we thought it would, we will pay the shipping costs for the return. For all other returns (say, maybe you don't like the color of your filter), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
